Took most of the seeds out of the Pepper...inserted the lil` smokey, some Cream Chee, and sprinkled a little bit of cheddar in there too....wrapped them in bacon and cooked on indirect heat (in between burners 1 & 4) for about 80 minutes....then sprinkled some seasoning I had in my cabinet (forget which one---maybe the Lemon and Tellicherry Pepper Grinder)...they were awesome...especially because the Packers won...someday I`ll get a smoker too
