Well I seen a few fatties so I thought I would try my own.
4 boneless Chicken breast
1 lbs bacon
1 TS garlic minced
2 green onions
Colorado Jerk seasonings
1 can beer
couple shakes salt and pepper from smoker
couple shakes creasole
Fried poataoes garlic and onions in a pan and seasoned them. ground up 4 boneless chicken breasts and seasnoned with can of beer other seasonings list above. rolled out and put potatoes in middle. rolled up and wrapped with bacon wrap. Kids loved it and it was awesome. When it was done I sliced and topped with cheese.
