Smoked Italian Meatballs!

Cooking Grill: MAK Grill
Pit Temperature: 350
Desired Internal Temperature:
Cooking Time: 12 minutes
Pallets Used: Pellets
These were easy: 1 lb Lean ground beef 1 lb ground pork 1 egg 1 cup breadcrumbs Thought we would try a smokey Italian meatball. We smoked them for a over 12 minutes, but would have to say they were almost too done. Put them over pasta and sauce. My son, Joseph, said they were the best meatballs he has ever had!
