I mixed up 6 pounds of Amish style bologna, emulsified it and stuffed into casings. I did 2 chubs in cotton muslin bags i made and the rest in protein lined casings.
Rigged up my Lil`Tex to blow smoke and heat into my Bradley. Got the bologna done and blooming now.
