Doing an 11 pounder in my Bradley 6 rack today. Seperated the flat and point because i like the flat burnt and wife likes the point sliced. Rubbed with Bolners Brisket Rub and CYM. CYM: Cheap Yellow Mustard. I used a spritz of water, beer & worcestershire every 2 hrs.
