Pit Temperature: 400
Desired Internal Temperature: 160
Cooking Time: 20 min

Directions

Seasoned both sides of butterfly pork chops w/ 3 Eyz about an hour before cooking.

Heated Memphis Pro up to 400* with Grill Grates in center of grill.

Grilled chops for about 10 min per side.

Glazed w/ Hot Squeeze on both sides, and cooked about another 5 minutes.

The Hot Squeeze is truly some great stuff. I mixed some with Pepper Plant BBQ sauce for my pulled pork sandwiches the other weekend. It was a very nice combo!

The new one is still in the box. Temps here have been in the 105 range this week, with heat index up to 119. It's supposed to be cooler today. Maybe I'll get that done.

As for the chops, they were awesome! Love the Hot Squeeze.
