First I pulled the membrane off the underside of the ribs. I then slathered the ribs with Allegro Hickory Marinade and allowed to sit for a spell. Then I rubbed with Ritter's Sweet Apple Rub and placed on grill at 200*, using hickroy and oak BBQ Delight pellets. Spritzed with butter and apple juice every hour. After 3 hours, added a little more rub, drizzled some honey over the ribs and then foiled for 2 more hours. They were wonderful.
