Pit Temperature: 425
Desired Internal Temperature: 140
Cooking Time: four minutes each side

Directions

Rub with melted butter, dried rosemary and basil, Light red pepper flakes, fresh garlic, garlic powder and Tiger Sauce, Cook at 425 3-4 min each side....Pull off skin when you flip and season the same and Enjoy!!!!

Tried this last night and it was great! I added a dash of lemon juice to the melted butter and skipped the tiger sauce.

My wife refuses to eat salmon but I convinced her to try a nibble and "I'd eat that if you had more" was the result.
