Just some burgers...
I seasoned and wrapped the burgers with bacon, then smoked them on my drum with a bit of mesquite for 45 minutes. Then seared on the gas grill.
Toasted my buns and smooshed them down flat. no jokes... lol)
Then topped my burger with cheese, spicy brown mustard, tomatoes, onions and lettuce from the garden...and dill pickles.
I like the addition of smoke in burgers and the reverse sear works well!
