KAREN'S SCALLOP SALAD

Scallops butterflied and marinated in LIME juice for at least 10 minutes.
Place on frog mat for 3 minutes to gently smoke scallop.
Use a mandolin or Potato peeler and make large strips of cucumber and place on salad plate.
Pull Scallops off grill, put on cucumber.
Sprinkle salt and olive oil to taste.
A nice dish for a hot summer evening.
