Pit Temperature: 365
Cooking Time: 5 minutes

Directions

Bruschetta:

Diced tomatoes
Basil
Olive Oil
Garlic
Capers
Chili Flakes
Salt and Pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and let sit at room temperature while preparing the scallops.

Salt and Pepper the scallops, grill until center is opaque

Pull off and serve immediately with bruschetta.

ENJOY

Tell Gunther that he can cook these hotter and get some sear marks and still have an opaque center...Looks great though
