These were fun & easy to make, and came out very tasty. We used organic chicken tender breasts and seasoned them with a combo of 3 eyez and wee willys sea salt. I cooked the chicken to about 100 degrees then flipped the chicken, where I pulled off about 165. I basted the chicken with some Salt Lick BBQ sauce, and foiled the chicken to put in the warming drawer of the MAK grill, with tortillas on top.
Shelle prepared guacamole, cheese, rice, beans, tomatoes, lettuce, and sour cream.
