Desired Internal Temperature: 180
Cooking Time: 1.5 hours

Directions

Drunk Chicken using a Chicken Rocket.

Rocket Fuel
1/2 stick butter
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
1 Tablespoon All Spice
1 Tablespoon Honey
1 teaspoon Bayou Red hot sauce
4 oz. beer

simmer rocket fuel to get all ingredients mixed well, and pour in chicken rocket

4.5# chicken
rub with mayo, and sprinkle with Cookshack chicken rub.

BP, it was great! My 7 yr old boy and I devoured it. You need to try these chicken rockets. I used to make these drunk chickens on my gasser, but doing them on the Memphis has brought the flavor to a whole new level.
