Top loin center cut pork, 4-5lbs
Injection with 10 oz apple juice, 5oz Bud heavy, 3 tablespoons brown sugar, 1 teaspoon salt.
Inject pork in 2inch squares
Apply Big Bob Gibson's BBQ Rub to pork and mist with injection
Smoke at 225 until internal hits 170, then apply more rub and mist.
Mist again at 180,
Remove at 185 and foil for 1 hour
Pull and add Big Bob Gibson's Red Sauce, serve!
