Begin with bacon lattice & Hasty-Bake original rub 'n spice
Add 5 links of Perri hot sausage, casing removed, and flatten onto bacon lattice
Add shredded Cheddar and Monteray Jack cheese. Chopped onion optional
Make second bacon lattice and roll fattie again, sprinkle outside with rub
Wrap in frogmat
Cook @ 250 until internal temp is 160, then pull.
