Wrapped Filet in bacon, spread a little olive oil and kosher salt and fresh ground pepper on steaks.
Preheated Grill at 600 with grill grates ready. Seared steaks for about 2-3 min/side.
Pull steaks off grill and drop pit temp to 375 degrees, cook until meat thermometer reads 120 for med rare, will raise up about 5 degrees while you let meat rest for 5 minutes or so.
