1 stick butter softened
2 cloves of garlic
Process to smooth
Stuff Herb Butter Under Skin, drape bacon over chicken breasts, use toothpick to hold in place if necessary.
Put on grill at 325 degrees for about an hour, last 10 minutes pull off bacon, kick up to 450 degrees to crisp up skin,
I walked away from mine for a few and the temp was too high for me to do this well.
The bacon keeps the breasts from drying out while the thighs get done perfect.
I have never ate chicken jucier. Next time i am going to inject it!
