My friend Spinny and I just took receipt of this glorious chunk of Waygu Beef from Costco. We sliced it into about 8 wedges and vacuumed sealed the rest of the steak and the roast. We coated it with garlic olive oil, lemon pepper, and sea salt. Then we put it on the MAK at 250 per BP and let it get to 116. We let it sit until the MAK got to max temp, and sizzled each side for 2 minutes then removed. The most buttery steak we've ever had.
