Wow Wow Wow! I am going to cook these so many times the family will be dreaming of artichokes! This is killer.
Prepare steamer...preheat grill
Trim the stem and cut the top quarter of the leaves. Split in half and clean out the center. Season...I used Wee Willies Steak Rub and Seasoned sea salt. more on that later)
Place in the steamer and steam for 25 minutes...
Drain and spritz with Garlic olive oil and balsamic...Love the word spritz.....
Place for 2 minutes face down with hood closed....turn over for 3 minutes...remove from heat and cover plate with foil until ready to serve.
