Spatchcock chicken...the first thing I ever tried smoking.

I cut out the backbone of the chicken and flattened it out. Injected garlic butter, lathered in olive oil and seasoned. Moist and delicious!

we love this

THIS is the GO TO , chicken recipe here at our house. MAK 2 STAR , its perfect every time, so tender juicy and tons of flavor, great for all ages, and very rarely any leftovers, HIGHLY RECOMENDED
