Rub Ribeye with EVOO, Garlic Salt, Garlic Pepper, Big Bob Gibson BBQ Seasoning. Preheat MAK to 425 and place Ribeye on Grill Grates over searing side for 1 Minute, then turn 90 degrees, flip and repeat. Then place Ribeye in warming drawer and let your Pit temp get to 400 and then take out of warming drawer cook on the indirect side. Pull at 137 and let rest for 5 minutes then enjoy. I smoked the corn the entire time while the MAK was warming up from turning it on until I placed the Ribeye in the warming drawer. Then when I placed the Ribeye back on the indirect main grill I placed the corn in the warming drawer and pulled the Ribeye and corn off at the same time.
