Steak Steak

Pit Temperature: 500F
Desired Internal Temperature: 150F - 155F
Cooking Time: 3 minutes presetation side 2 1/2 minutes other side


Bring Steak to room temp. Preheat grill to 500F ande stabilize.
Brush steak with canola oil both sides. Season with S&P to desired taste. Place presentation side on grill at an agle of 45 degerees to the centre line. cook for 1 1/2 minutes Lid down) rotate 90 degrees and cook a further 1 1/2 min Lid down). Flip and cook for about 2 1/2 minutes lid down) until desired doneness.
Produces the best natural tasting steak with great caramalization.

Nice Capt! I played music in Melbourne years ago... a place called the continental cafe...Im sure its gone now....There was the best chinese food imaginable there...Stick around nice work!
