I used Lemon Pepper Garlic Pepper and seasoning salt
GOt the grill blazing hot and seared both sides for a total of 3 minutes....dropped the grate and closed the vents and let the vents and when it hit 375 I put them back on and coated one side with Peter Luger Steak Sauce. Peter Lugers sauce is a one of a kind. Very fresh tomato and horseradish...realy cook when it gets carmelized or baked on stuff...Acutally great for a caprese salad too!
Pulled at 139 to rave reviews! Served the dinner with Maple Chipotle corn on the cob and caeser salad.
