This is a no brainer...
Preheat the Mak with a frog mat to 400
Slice the potato into little 1/4 inch discs
Put in baggie and toss with garlic olive oil... I love that stuff)
Sprinkle with your favorite rub I used the Hasty Bake Greek Seasoning The white one)
Place evenly on the mak...turn at 25 min and pull when you can stop sneaking them off the MAK
They are kind of like smoked hash browns
