preheat your smoker to 160..if you are using a mak then use your warming drawer....
Take some flank steak and slice very thinly. Put in bowl and pour in 3/4 cup Soy Vey Hawaiian Teriyaki, 1/4 worsterschire 1/4 soy, 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar, Healhy dose of Tabasco Sweet hot sauce salt and pepper and lemon pepper and 3 tsps of brown sugar. Marinate overnight or use your vacuum sealer for 30 minutes. moke for 2 hours and turn smoke till done and serve.
