Quick, easy, & good. Rub the halibut with EVOO & coat with Hasty Bake rub & garlic pepper. Put on grill grates reading about 650 degrees for 1 minute or so. Turn 90 degrees for another minute, flip & repeat process. Should be just about done at this point. Served on a bed of pasta sauteed in EVOO, minced garlic, & crushed red pepper. Accompany it with a relish of avocado, tomatoes, & shallots.
