Lightly coated the ribs with Mrs. Dash spice & garlic pepper. Sprayed on some Pam to hold the spice. Put on the Traeger at 250, bone side down for 1 1/2 hours. Turned them & smoked for another hour. Wrapped each rack in foil & added a little BBG Habanero sauce & 1/2 of a Bud Light. Cooked in foil for 1/2 hour. Removed foil, sauced both sides with BBG Habanero sauce by far the best & put on the German grill @ 450 for 10 minutes per side with the coal tray down. Sliced with the double-wide technique & served with rice pilaf & garnish.
