I fried some cubed potatoes, onions and ham in butter, cooled and added cheese and minced jalapenos.
Stuffed into my fattie piston and chilled.
Rolled out my pork/beef mixture, topped with the cooled stuffing. Rolled the fattie and wrapped with a bacon weave.
Smoked on my horizontal wood burner with a bit of hickory.
Sliced and served the fattie on a hot biscuit, topped with a poached egg and smothered in country cream gravy.
note: The fattie piston is not a necessity...it's just fun to use. :)
