If this recipe looks familiar, well I just copied and pasted BP's directions WHY REINVENT THE WHEEL):
preheat the smoker to 250
prepare the ribs with Frenches "glue" Mustard Used bone sucking rub this time applyed liberally and then put a light sheen of p[am to hold and placed bone side down on the grill. Cook for 1.5 hours turn over cook for another 45 minutes then apply brown sugar and clover honey and wrap in foil for 1/2 hour....in the mean time either turn your mak to high or have a charcoal grill heated up to carmelizde and tighten up the ribs I used the German grill for this.
After tigtening up apply sauce...I used Big Bob Gibsons Red Sauce and cut and served they were quite good and I think the honey and brown sugar worked!directions.
