Now I can say I have cooked a fatty, not sure I will do it again as my chest was hurting just looking at this thing :)
I somewhat cooked the eggs, onions etc, to give the eggs some substance.
Smashed out the breakfast sausage added egg and wrapped in bacon.
Cooked for about two hours at 300, sliced and drizzled with syrup.
My kids were drooling over this thing :o
