Here is something that I really enjoy making. Make your standard issue pork but. I like mine spicy so I put a lot of peppers and cilantro followed up by poring a can of hot diced chillies on top of the the pork but once it is on the grill. Once the pork but is done. I put it in the crock pot with the following.
Two Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
One Can Cream of chicken Soup
One can medium Verde Enchilada Sauce
1/2 container of verde salsa HOT
1 can diced green chillies hot
Season with cilantro and garlic salt
Throw in some red onions
Add About 1/2 container sour cream
Let that simmer for about eight hours or until the pork falls apart. Then grill some flour tortillas add beans and cheese and I swear you will never have a burrito so good. You can also use this same recipe with chicken .Try stuffing your chicken with assorted peppers to get that spicy mexican flavor.
