Directions

Got to use the Son of Brisket smoker for the 1st time. This thing's really nice. Very well built. Cooked the filets T-Rex style & in the last 10 minutes coat the outside with Peter Luger sauce. Leave on heat long enough to carmelize sauce on the outside. Great flavor. Served with grilled ravioli, crab legs, & spinach salad.
