Pit Temperature: 400
Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Directions

Wash and trim the snap peas. Put them in a gallon bagggie and pour a little sesame oil, soy sauce and rice wine vinegar to cover.
Heat MAK to 400 and place the peas on a frogmat on top of the grill grates. Smoke for 15 minutes and serve
