Cooking Time: When Internal Reached

Directions

Set MAK on High - Let it get to 450 and then place Filets on Grill Grates over the Searing Side. Left MAK on high and left opened - Seared for 3 minutes then rotated on same side for another 3 minutes - Then repeated process on other side. Maintained the MAK at 400 and closed lid - Pulled Steaks off at 139 - Let rest for 5 minutes and enjoyed

NIce J dog you can leave the hood down on the Mak when searing......Looks great and how good are the grill grates?
