Lightly rub garlic EVOO on outside of meat then sprinkle with Spencers tri-tip rub & pepper 10 minutes before cooking. Sear both sides at 600 degrees on the Bubba Keg. Remove & rest for 15 minutes. Put on Traeger at 400 degrees until internal temp of 135 is reached. Served with Traeger baked potatoes, salmon, & Iceberg Wedge salad.
