Clean shrimp & put on fire wire. Sprinkle with tequila & lime. Put on direct hot coals for a couple of minutes basting with melted butter with garlic. Flip & do the same. When done chop shrimp for tacos. Fry tortillas & wrap flat tortilla in paper towel & fold to taco shape. This will form the correct shape while it cools & remove excess grease. I store these in oven at 170 degrees to keep them slightly warm. Makes for a great taco shell. Have all condiments ready to go. I like chopped tomatoes, pico de gallo, diced red onion, shredded cabbage, avocado, salsa, crumbled queso seco, & a mixture of sour cream, milk, mayonaise, & cumin. They are tasty.
