Prep chicken. Remove skin then used Gro-Vac to clean. Lightly coat with EVOO, seasoning salt, & garlic pepper. Put on big drum till 150 internal temp. At that time apply good amount of Big Bob Gibson's Habanero sauce it's the best). Pull off grill when internal temp reaches 160 degrees. Let rest for a few minutes. Served here with rice pilaf & salad. The chicken was real juicy & flavorful.
