Rub outside of room temperature roast with crushed garlic then dust with seasoning salt & Mrs. Dash. Put on 600 degree direct flame & sear all 4 sides for a minute+ each. Put on meat rack & smoke on Traeger at 275 degrees until 130-132 degrees internal. Pull & rest lightly covered under foil for 20 minutes, temp will continue to rise a little. Serve with a horseradish/sour cream mixture.
