Directions

Rub with garlic olive oil, sprinkle Spensers Tri Tip seasoning both sides, then sprinkle Hasty Bake Rub. Heat the Bubba keg to 225, before placing the meat toss a handful of Apple Pellets into the fire Put meat on turn at 100 and continue to smoke until internal temp reaches 118 then pull and rest. Crank the Bubba to 600 grill for 2 minutes, then turn diagonally and sear for 90 seconds, flip it over coat the seared side with Bone Sucking Teri sauce and sear for 90 seconds and turn diagonally for another 90 seconds let rest and slice.....
