Directions

13 hours total time.....In the Mak at 240....turned at 6 hours....when internal temp got to 175 wrapped in foil and poured cup of apple juice and white vinegar on it ...back on the MAK till 195.....out and rest for 30 min...
put initial rub on of "toasted spice".....at hour 11 it stalled at 174 degrees for an hour....then took off to 195 fairly quickly....

Marty I agree Pulled pork on the MAK is my favorite meat period...second favorite is a whole tenderloin third prime rib....cant be beat

Hey guys...I did put the rub on first and that was huge in both flavor and "crust"....I would eat this over filet or anything else for that matter....I'll have to get you the BBQ sauce recipe my wife made....spicy, thick and chunky....

Looks great! How did it taste?
You know you can put the rub on at the beginning too, to soak in the whole time.
