This is my first Gril of 2011 - Bad Winter has had me on permanant house repairs!
Been experimenting with Chilli Sauce a lot over the winter and came up with this. Found this amazing indoeniasian chilli sauce (organically made in england - home of bad teeth!)
Went to the butcher today Ribs were on special so got a rack dropped it in a bag with the following for 7 hours or so.
3/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
7 or 8 tablespoons chili sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
little bit of cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons butter
Put it on the gril and it's got the most amazing colour - it's like cherryburst gone mad!!! - check out the pic.
Tasted amazing meet was just right and came off the bone with no effort.
