Fillet of Rainbow or Salmon (Skin on)
Mix 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh dill
1 cup Maricle Whip
2 Cloves pressed garlic
4 table spoons olive oil
Mix and let stand in fridge to allow it to blend together.
Prep fillets by cover the fillet with the prepared mixture
Place on grill, skin side down
Cook at 180 for 1 hour checking fish by trying to separate the meat. If it comes apart easy it is done.
With large spatulas lift meat off skin and plate.
