Directions

so I cut up some beef and ground it up. once ground up I seasoned with the following.

12 ounces water
1/4 cup creole
1/4 cup cayenne pepper = love it
couple shakes low sodium soy.
1 package hot italian seasoning
TS fresh garlic
TS black pepper

put all seasinings in water and stir in and mix up with ground meat than pump it into casings. I smoked with smoke house for about an hour with heavy smoke then cooked the rest with out. Using applewood. Kids told me it was the best they have ever had.

yeah, it is the same thing I fat fingered or my spelling sucks either way yes it is lol. I fixed my screw up :)
