The CTO-DW is unlike any commercial BBQ equipment out in the market. Unlike most gas smokers, the CTO-DW Smoker gives you the option of cooking with propane/ or natural gas alone and allows you to simultaneously cook with both gas and charcoal/wood. Simply hook up your gas, load up the pullout firebox with wood chunks or charcoal and turn on the smoker. The gas will blow into the wood/charcoal, effortlessly igniting the wood/charcoal.
