The CTO-DW is unlike any commercial BBQ equipment out in the market. Unlike most gas smokers, the CTO-DW Smoker gives you the option of cooking with propane/ or natural gas alone and allows you to simultaneously cook with both gas and charcoal/wood. Simply hook up your gas, load up the pullout firebox with wood chunks or charcoal and turn on the smoker. The gas will blow into the wood/charcoal, effortlessly igniting the wood/charcoal. The Ole Hickory CTO-DW is designed for outdoor use, but it's NSF certification makes it a great indoor smoker in a restaurant setting. Delivery: DO NOT sign for your grill/smoker until you have unpacked it and confirmed there is no damage. If your grill/smoker or the outside packaging is damaged, do not sign for it. Notate the damage on the paperwork, take photos of the damage, and refuse delivery.
