The 2023 revision (GEN23) has now been released to the public. Humphrey's now includes a few upgrades (***) in this year's version celebrating their 10 year anniversary.
The DownEast Beast is one of our taller units. It's great for catering jobs, BBQ competitions, or BBQ get together. Solid Maine craftsmanship goes into each one of our cookers for years of dependability.
The DownEast Beast comes with our combo water pan set up which enables you to use your smoker with a drop in water pan, slide out water pan, cooking dry, or as a grill. It also comes with 4 stainless steel cooking racks, 2 probe ports and 6" casters.
Body, Hardware, Doors will come standard in Textured Black or if you prefer you can choose any of these colors for the Body, Doors, or Hardware. Cherry Red, Royal Blue, Fire Orange, Granny Smith Green, Gun Metal Gray, Yankee Blue, Forest Green and Gloss Black.

Please note: Due to the size, weight, and style of this custom smoker, freight to the nearest carrier terminal to your address may be your only freight option. This would require you to pick up the smoker in person, using your own truck or trailer.
Delivery & Damages: DO NOT sign for your grill/smoker until you have inspected the packaging and/or unpacked it and confirmed there is no damage. If your grill/smoker or the outside packaging is damaged, do not sign for it. Notate the damage on the paperwork, take lots of photos of the damage, and refuse delivery. If you sign for your smoker and accept delivery with damage (aka signing "clean"), Big Poppa Smokers cannot file a damage claim and will take no responsibility for damage repairs and replacements.
