A basic "Western Style" sauce, not sticky sweet, but a thinner more savory tomato based sauce with additional red and black pepper for those that like a little additional heat. This also works on pork and chicken, but incredibly well on beef because of the medium heat. This sauce allows the flavors of the meat to come forward and the spices compliment the meat rather than overpower it. The additional peppers are pleasant, and it adds to the flavor rather than just raising the level of the heat. (Posted on 4/20/2017)
