The Backwoods Smoker Fat Boy took the Jack Daniels Championship in 2007 in which the winner of that contest used only one Fat Boy for all 4 KCBS categories. Clearly capacity and versatility make this a must-have for serious competitors and backyard chefs.

The Fat Boy follows the tradition of the Backwoods Smoker line, being a versatile cooker that can be easily transported for competition and catering. This competition BBQ comes standard with a commercial fire pan which allows the ash to fall into the catch pan below it. The Fat Boy comes standard with 4 racks for plenty of meat, but if that's not enough there's the option of adding additional racks. The Fatboy smoker is a BBQ smoker that has the capacity, durability, and versatility you need to take your BBQ to a new level. You'll be glad to know you'll be smoking with an American made BBQ smoker. 

Delivery: DO NOT sign for your grill/smoker until you have unpacked it and confirmed there is no damage. If your grill/smoker or the outside packaging is damaged, do not sign for it. Notate the damage on the paperwork, take photos of the damage, and refuse delivery. If you sign for your smoker and accept delivery with damage (aka signing "clean"), Big Poppa Smokers cannot file a damage claim and will take no responsibility for damage repairs and replacements. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, negligence, or accident(s).
