The Nest Assembly is the part of the BPS Drum Smoker kit that houses charcoal and can be set higher or lower depending on desired temperature.
The Nest assembly is listed here individually from the Big Poppa Smokers Engineered Drum Smoker Kit as a replacement or spare. The BPS Drum Smoker kit includes all necessary parts & hardware.
The Charcoal Nest can house 10 - 15 lbs of charcoal
